Ube ko, Ubeqo!

Updated: Sep 29

My son loves ube and so I have embraced this love as a mother and as someone who has strong Philippine ties while living abroad. And if I could spread a pop of ube inspiration to a wider audience, that would certainly be the icing on the ube cake. But this won't be all about ube.

This would be my open journal of how we adjust as a young family overseas without forgetting our migratory roots. I will be sharing how we juggle work and side hustles, Filipino dishes and Western cuisine, and a little bit of gardening under this "fine" British weather. All these and more while giving a glimpse of the beauty of London views.

And if you have any ideas that you would like to be featured, feel free to contact me and let's Ubeqo!
